Environmental self-audits or third party regulatory audits to identify environmental compliance and management system implementation gaps, along with the required corrective actions. The environmental audits are performed in accordance with federal regulations, state regulations, permits and local ordinances/codes.
Building the procedures and processes for training of personnel, monitoring, summarizing, and reporting of specialized environmental performance information. The objective is to maintain environmental compliance and to reduce environmental impact.
Engineering and design of water systems, and wastewater treatment plants for industrial uses and applications, so that the pollutant concentrations in the treated water/wastewater comply with the local and/or national regulations regarding water use or disposal of wastewaters into public treatment plants or into rivers, lakes or oceans.
Development, improvement, implementation and evaluation of integrated systems, equipment, energy, materials and/or processes. This includes research, conceptualization, feasibility assessment, establishing engineering design requirements, preliminary design, detailed design, production planning and tool design, and production.
Providing the technical expertise and expert testimony in engineering and environmental matters that may be required during an agency enforcement, or by reducing liability exposure, fines and administrative penalties.
Identification of potential or existing environmental conditions (such as soil or groundwater contamination) and the liabilities associated with contamination on a specific property prior to ownership transfer. The objective is to reduce liability and risk exposure against environmental claims.
Engineering design and preparation of technical specifications for cleanup remedies and technologies associated with contaminated sites. This can include: treatability studies / pilot testing, preliminary design, equipment/services/utilities, intermediate design, final design, and post-remedial design support.
