Inmar has obtained an authorization from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to operate as a medical waste transfer station for the facility located at 3845 Grand Lakes Way, Suite 125, Grand Prairie, Texas. This has been completed in accordance with Title 30 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 326. 

Subsequently, on behalf on Inmar, EngiCon Environmental has prepared and submitted to TCEQ a Notice Modification for the medical waste transfer station, and in compliance with 30 TAC §326.1(a)(3).
